Colby DeWeese

Colby DeWeese

Owner and Head Coach Midwest and West Coast

Colby earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Tulsa and he received his Masters in Legal Studies from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Colby is an All-American Swimmer and two-time Ironman (140.6). Colby is the youngest finisher of the Honey Badger 100 mile ultra-marathon, and recently won his age group in the Tatur Midnight Madness 50 mile ultra-marathon. He is the 2018 State Champion for Oklahoma in Taekwondo Sparring (color belt), and is also an avid CrossFitter. Colby holds his CF-L1 and previously instructed CrossFit for over two years.

Tyler Ogg

Head Coach—East Coast

Tyler is currently studying to become a Mechanical Engineer. He also holds his CF-L1 and his Coaching Certification from OPEX. Tyler is an experienced CrossFit Coach and he is also a two-time CrossFit Regionals Athlete with a history in Bodybuilding. Tyler brings an immense amount of CrossFit, muscle and strength building knowledge to our team. 

Bethany Padgett

Bethany Padgett

Bethany holds a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification and has a passion for helping people with all interests to be educated, equipped, and empowered to live their best life possible. With a background as a competitive figure skater and runner, Bethany discovered the power of balanced nutrition and fitness in 2014 and now works full time as a CrossFit coach, holds a CFL1 certification and founded and directs the CrossFit Kids program at CrossFit 1055. Bethany likes to stay active and enjoys CrossFit, running, cycling, rock climbing, hiking, reading, and music.

Caleb Lareau

Caleb Lareau

Chief Research Officer

Caleb Lareau received his Masters in Biostatistics from Harvard University. He is currently a candidate for a Ph.D. in Biological and Biomedical Sciences at Harvard Medical School where he researches the genetic basis human blood production in both normal and diseased states. His Bachelors degrees are in Mathematics and Biochemistry. As an athlete, he has completed three 100-mile ultra marathons, including a sub-24 hour finish, and seven full- and half- Ironman Triathlons.

Zack Kirkendoll

Zack Kirkendoll

Chief Technology Officer

Zack has both his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and is a current Ph.D. candidate in Computer Engineering. He currently works as a Senior Software Engineer working in the Department of Defense aircraft modeling and simulation industry. He has competed in three 140.6 Ironman Triathlons, three 100 mile ultra runs, and a slew of other competitive races and events. He has been strength training for over a decade and endurance training for over 5 years.

Lou Mounsey

Chief Commercial Officer

Lou holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California.He is a Brand and Marketing Strategist who recognizes that in order to curate a successful brand in the crowded fitness industry, a team must live and breathe its own advice to have the acuity to tailor its products to the precise needs of the individuals it serves.

In his other role, Lou currently manages a hundred million dollar project in the natural gas processing industry. A self-acclaimed jack of all sports (but master of none), Lou brings athletic diversity to our executive team, having competed in wrestling, football, baseball, tennis, and track & field. These days, his free time is split between snow skiing, surfing, longboarding, and playing basketball.
